1. License

Groovex is free. You may install and use it for personal or work purposes. You may not:

• Sell, rent or redistribute Groovex or a modified version of it.
• Reverse engineer it or remove copyright notices from the app.

2. Your music

The music you play, cut or edit with Groovex is yours or you have the right to use it; you are responsible for how you use it. We do not store or see your content.

3. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Groovex is provided "as is". Keep a copy of important music files before editing tags in bulk. To the extent permitted by law, Sandtechs is not liable for indirect damages or data loss.

4. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. When they change, we update this page and its effective date.
